Our buyer is having trouble getting financed, so we may not get to close on our house September 1st. They are trying to get a co-signer and then, if that goes though, they want to extend until the 15th in order to get the co-signers info in. We have NO paycheck coming in on the 1st and were hoping to use the money from the house to get us buy until we start to get paid... but now it may not happen. Please pray that this co-signer will work out so we can close sometime in September.
I'll try to update more happy news tomorrow.
