(Sorry Gavin to break into your birthday post... but I've got to vent!!!)

You know what sucks... a Realtor that does NOT know how to do his job! Our buyer's realtor filled out most of the paperwork wrong, so guess what... We should have closed on the house Friday, but the realtor didn't get something turned in on time. So then we should have closed today... but now they are saying he filled stuff out wrong. So now... maybe... tomorrow. We'll see!!!!
