Since everyone is going to local parks and other events for the big 4th shows, we had a little neighborhood show tonight. It rocked! Alisa and I both got a bunch of fireworks and the neighbors also all pitched in. Nearly every neighborhood kid was sitting on the curb (no, the picture is NOT of every kid on the block... there were actually about 10 more that were not there). Then the show began. The kids loved it. We had about 300 total fireworks and it went on for well over an hour. Auntie Cheri made patriotic cupcakes and got glow bracelets for all the kids. It was a blast.
(The kids were all in their pj's... that's why Sydney is dressed like this. LOL)
